Welcome to VFW Post 8738 and Auxiliary!  We are a non-smoking indoor facility, and family friendly.  Please feel free to stop in and visit us Wed-Sat 3 pm-11 pm and on Sundays from 12 pm - 7 pm, you will be glad you did!  We have a Hall available for rent to members and public.

PSC/National Inspector General Richard Bell and South Carolina Secretary Major General William F. Grimsley cut a cake in honor of the Army birthday.

Readjudication of denied claims - Nehmer Decision

Earlier today, Acting Undersecretary for Benefits Tom Murphy released the attached notice which states that VA will announce a plan to re-adjudicate claims for veterans who were previously denied service connection for a herbicide related presumptive condition due to lack of in-country Vietnam service.
